Dani found yoga nearly nine-years ago while studying at the George Washington University in Washington, DC. After taking her first hot yoga class, Dani was completely enamored with what yoga had to offer—not just a method for physical fitness but also a vessel to stress management, a loving community and a new way of living. In 2012, Dani moved to Houston, Texas where she worked in the Oil and Gas Industry managing an entry-level engineering development program. Although Dani enjoyed working in a corporate environment, yoga was always her first, most prevailing passion. In February 2014 Dani became a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Larry Thraen’s the “Yoga of You.”
Dani is committed to empowering her students to believe in themselves. She passionately believes that yoga is a lifestyle that will allow people to find their voice and let go of that which holds them back from fiercely pursuing their dreams. Her classes are challenging, playful and centered around finding self-love, self-gratitude and inner peace through finding harmony between mind and body through mastering the use of breath and drishti.
