HOT CORE VINYASA: 

A detoxifying yoga practice focused on keeping your center engaged and on point! Energetic, powerful, and fun!  For experienced students that are looking to move, practice bold asanas and flows.   For students with a solid understanding of alignment who enjoy the practice of “power” poses.  This challenging class offered is not recommended for beginners.

This class is heated and your core is fused into everything we do on the mat, toning, building bone density and core strength.
