Jayne's yoga journey began in 1997 and she has been actively practicing for almost 19-years. She completed her Hatha teacher training under Kay Westcott in 2012, and is qualified at the 200-Hr level through the National Association of Certified Yoga Teachers (NACYT).
Her practice is a blend that is generally based on Ashtanga and Iyengar styles. Jayne regularly attends continuing education workshops given by nationally known teachers to improve her own practice and teaching ability. Her passion to teach is driven by her desire to see yoga improving her students’ health, mobility and longevity.
