Joann's first introduction to yoga was in 2004 through magazines and VHS. Joann was intrigued by its physical aspect of the practice - so she decided to home study, before trying it at a gym.
In 2011, Joann was inspired to do more with her practice by finding out how to become certified. Certification was the most enlightening journey that she has ever experienced.
Joann received her certification on April 16, 2016 - and is so excited to teach students the connection that yoga brings mentally. Joann is elated to help students grow to their full potential and be inspired by every student she meets.
