"LIVE WIRE" YOGA FUSION (WARM & NO-HEAT): 

Energetic, powerful, and fun!  For experienced students that are looking to move, practice bold asanas along with the use of Therabands, sliders, exercise balls, and maybe a couple of surprises here and there!  For students with a solid understanding of alignment who enjoy the practice of “power” poses.  This challenging class offered in WARM and NO-HEAT (check schedule) is not recommended for beginners.
