LUNCH-TIME FLOW  (WARM & NO-HEAT): 

In under an hour you will stretch your muscles, build strength, find balance, open your hips, get upside down and enjoy presence.  Enjoy moving through a creative sequence that is intended connect to your breath and find the appropriate body alignment.  Offered in WARM and NO-HEAT varieties - check the schedule for availability.
