In this workshop, we will explore several key components to a mindful practice without limitations or fear.
When faced with physical obstacles, our mental dialogue usually causes our body to respond in ways that prepare us to the mindset of "fight or flight".
This practice and discussion will inspire you to fight with focus and authority to reject negative mental chatter. You will learn to be actively present, and to shift your mindset from perceiving a threat to receiving a challenge. Meditation and body scanning techniques will be employed, and a fun play with balance asanas that feed our desire for positive mental awareness.
