Pilates Suspension Method 2.0

In the PSM 2.0 Course you will learn 75 INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED level Pilates based exercises on the Suspension Trainer. Each exercise is rooted from either the Pilates mat or Pilates Equipment. During this 6-hour course every exercise will be demonstrated, different modifications will be discussed, and all students will be taken through the exercises. You will receive a manual with step-by-step pictures of all the PSM 2.0 exercises.

You are not required to take the PSM Foundation Course before the PSM 2.0, but it is highly recommended because many of the exercises are a continuation of the Foundation level series. This workshop welcomes all types of mindful movement and fitness instructors and enthusiasts.
