POWER HOUR (NO-HEAT):
Power Hour is an energetic flow offering a blend of challenging, fun and varied sequences that energize the body and center the mind. This hour long class is taught in a non-heated room – you will quickly build your own heat! A quick way to get energized and feeling great -this flowing class focuses on building strength, flexibility and balance both on and off the mat! Modifications provided by our significantly-experienced instructors make POWER HOUR a personal practice for everyone. The class will end with a brief relaxation, allowing the body to integrate and restore post-challenge.
If new to yoga, it is recommended that YOGA ESSENTIALS be taken first.
