Rhonda began her fitness career coaching competitive swimming while still in high school and attending the University of Texas in San Antonio. Her husbands military career led her to North Carolina, where she began teaching group fitness and personal training. Military life moved her to Florida, where she continued to teach classes and manage a fitness club. This position allowed her to expand her education to include certifications in: Spinning, water aerobics, sports conditioning and classes geared toward young adults. After the birth of her third child the military moved the family back to North Carolina, where she worked as the group fitness coordinator for Gold’s Gym. This move expanded her list of accreditations to include: Les Mills BodyAttack, BodyCombat, BodyFlow, BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyVive and RPM certifications. After her husbands retirement from the USMC, they moved back to Texas where she has added Peak Pilates comprehensive level 1, TRX, P90X, Booty Barre, Silver and Fit certifications to her resume.
