Kathy started her fitness quest back in 1990 when she joined her first gym after high school. For years she attended the gym and took all the classes they had to offer and lifted with the guys in the free weight room. Although she I was stronger and healthier; she didn’t see her body changing.
In 2002 Kathy’s brother passed away forcing her to take inventory of her life. She focused more on eating and changed my workout regimen. What an incredible change she experienced!!! She did it the right way - no magic pills, just portion control and hard work gave her the results she had been striving for. That’s when Kathy decided that she wanted to help others achieve their own fitness goals, so she became a Certified Group Fitness Instructor in 2005. In 2011 she completed my goal to become a Fitness Trainer.
Kathy has a passion for fitness and would like to bring that passion to you. She invites you to come workout with her – working together your fitness goals will be achieved!

Sheila had an on and off again relationship with yoga for about 10 years, only practicing using books, or at schools or gyms. After she graduated from Texas A&M in 2012, her original plans for law school fell through and she felt utterly lost. She started practicing yoga again, but this time at a studio and hasn’t stopped practicing since then. Through yoga she has learned to cope with the hardships of life and become a better person while improving both her physical health and overall well-being. In April 2015, she received her 200 Hour Vinyasa Certification at Cherry Blossom Yoga under Sara Turk in the hopes of becoming a yoga teacher and sharing the joy and healing of yoga with others.
Sheila enjoys many different styles of yoga, but her favorites are Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. As such, her classes usually have an eclectic flow, but are still based heavily on Ashtanga, having drawn influences from her training at Cherry Blossom as well as workshops attended from notable Ashtangis such as Doug Swenson, Andrew Eppler, and David Williams.
When Sheila isn’t practicing or teaching yoga, she works as a substitute teacher at elementary and middle schools in the Cy Fair district and as a reading tutor. In her spare time she enjoys Zumba, working out at the gym, and spending time with her friends and adorable dog, Max!

She found what she was looking for in Vinyasa Yoga. She loves the flow and freedom of moving through poses. It reminds her of dancing, which was a very important part of her life growing up in the Netherlands.
When an opportunity for a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training came up in 2011 Ynske jumped in with both feet. She fells that was the best choice ever as she gets to share her love for helping people, challenging and teaching them another way of looking at their body and creating an awareness of how to find relieve for stress and pain.
In 2014 Ynske and her family moved back to Houston and she missed teaching….so she found places to teach and share what she loves to do.
In 2016 Ynske wanted to widen her horizon - so she decided to take Stott Pilates Training. She has completed the mat Pilates and is doing Reformer training now. Ynske feels that it’s fun to change your point of view and to look a little differently to moving the body and how it works muscle and joint wise. It helps sharpen your teaching skills too. TRX Sports medicine Suspension training is another avenue tha Ynske has completed.
