Tahrin (Tina) Siddiqua

Tina has been teaching variety of exercise formats for over 15 years and currently teaches bootybarre, zumba and pop pilates.

Taking care of children daily as a full time pediatrician and as a mother of two, Tina understands the importance of fitness in achieving lifelong health and happiness.  She taught fitness classes throughout college, medical school, and residency to help her maintain balance and reduce stress. 

Fitness is a journey and Tina is excited to help you reach your goals in your path to life long health!
