Wendy spends her time taking care of her family, practicing Pilates and enjoy riding her bike. She has been teaching Pilates/personal training for nine-years, and enjoys challenging herself with the art of Pilates.
Several years ago, Wendy found herself motivated to learn and participate in Yoga, and has recently been inspired to implement the practice into her life.
Wendy believes that all of us struggle with ourselves and yoga has helped her find peace and tranquility of the body, mind and soul. Her passion is to unify these and help others find that peace.
