Yoga Open/Mixed Level- Hot

A wide-range of fundamental poses, slow flow, and the occasional challenge-pose. Ranges of alternative options and modifications are given to make this class appropriate for students with varying experience.  Expect to break a sweat!  

If new to yoga, it is recommended that INTRO SERIES is taken first.
