Open/Mixed Level - Warm

A wide-range of fundamental poses, slow-to-moderate flow, and the occasional challenge-pose.  A good introduction if you are new to yoga in a warm room (80 degrees).  Alternative options and modifications are provided to make this class appropriate for students of varying experience. Expect to break a light-to significant-sweat.  

If new to yoga, it is recommended that INTRO SERIES is taken first.
