Hot Yoga & Meditation

The same powerfully-hot class as HOT YOGA, with a relaxing, 10-minute meditation at the end to continue and hold in that built-up bliss you created in class.  You’ll learn to balance effort and surrender in each pose.  Arrangements of postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body - especially the spine (the main channel).   Allowing for freely- flowing energy.  This powerful 75-minute class is held in our infrared-heated room.
