Kunda Flow Yoga

A flow combined with Kundalini Yoga. The practice focuses on being mindful of breathwork and the act of movement meditation. Instead of constant repetition of movement and holding poses for 1-5 minutes, there will be a  flow of transitions to each Kundalini movement/pose. Bringing in room for deep stretches. Stimulates your chakras, awakening your awareness, strengthening your back and abdomen.
