This class was designed this class to improve self-love, reduce stress, and encourage the mind and body connection. “tweenagers" will use yoga postures to build inner and outer strength and flexibility. Experience emotional balance through the physical and mental benefits of yoga by flowing sequences, balancing poses, and deep relaxation while building a healthy relationship with your body.
