Welcome to our First (certainly not the last) Arm Balances and Inversions Workshop led by the amazing Jordan Dunn-Ridgill and Austin Colin El at Some Like it Hot Yoga and Fitness.
We’ll get started with breath and movement via a 30 min Flow.
We will cover what a Vinyasa is, and how a well done Vinyasa will help create the strength and flexibility needed to Fly!
As we begin to take Flight, we will cover Crow and Side Crow!
Next on our itinerary is Eka Pada Koundiyasa! (pictured below).
Finally we will cover Handstands and “How To Get Started With Handstands”!
We will leave room at the end of the workshop for “Playtime”, Questions, and Savasana!
