A wide-range of fundamental poses, slow flow, and the occasional challenge-pose.  Ranges of alternative options and modifications are given to make this class appropriate for students with varying experience.  These classes are offered in all three temperature varieties:  HOT, WARM, and NO-HEAT.

The HOT variation of this class is held in our infrared-heated room (90 degrees and above) - great for those that enjoy breaking a significant sweat!  Our WARM offering is a great introduction, if you are new to yoga in a heated room (80 degrees).  As for the NO-HEAT version, even though the room will not be heated - you may still expect to break a light sweat.

If new to yoga, we recommend that INTRO SERIES is taken first.
