Prenatal Yoga uses the wisdom of yoga to eas and support expecting moms throughout all the stages of pregnancy.  Honoring where the body is at and the chemical and hormonal changes taking place during this special time, we will move through poses safely and slower than normal vinyasa flow class.  Many of the discomforts associated with pregnancy such as swelling, back pain and constipation among other things can be aided through a yoga practice.  Breathing exercises and meditative moments will also foster strength in preparation to endure the birthing process. This class is designed to create a sacred space of community and connection to others going through the journey and be able to tap inward into intuition and the honor the intelligence of the body.
