Tayler started practicing yoga after a nearly fatal car accident broke multiple bones, tore her aorta, and significantly limited her mobility. She signed up for her first yoga class in an attempt to gain back her flexibility, and immediately fell in love. Tayler found the benefits of yoga to be endless, and with a regular practice she was able to gain back the flexibility that she lost.
Tayler intends to continue learning as much knowledge as possible in order to be the best instructor for her students.
Her certifications include: 200-hour RYT certification, 60-hour Hot Yoga certification, and 30-hour SUP Yoga certification.
