All levels welcome - and no dance experience required.  Barre incorporates the principles of ballet, the flexibility of yoga, and the core strengthening of Pilates. It is a structured, easy-to-follow total body workout. This is a low-impact practice and sometimes combines light weights and other props to ensure challenge every time! NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
