Warm Yoga By Candlelight
By gentle candlelight, you will move in a wonderfully-warmed sequence followed by a session of restoration and passiveness to open the body by use of bolsters, blocks, straps and other props to help bring ease and rest. Restorative postures will be supported and held for longer periods of time allowing you to ease into an idyllic state. Allow your physical body a break as you open your mind, joints, and ligaments. A gentle meditation closes this session to help seal in the great sensation brought by this practice
