We focus on core, conditioning, endurance, and TONS of motivation! You've never worked out like this before. Eclectic and so much fun - you will sweat, strengthen, and tone. Enhance muscle strength and endurance in all the major muscle groups with techniques that use body weight and a variety of equipment... dumbbells, balls, tubes, etc. Finish off with a great stretch.
